Fruit Salsa

 
2 Kiwis, peeled & diced
2 Apples, peeled, cored & diced
8 oz. Raspberries
1 lb. Strawberries, sliced
2 Tbl. Sugar 
1 Tbl. Brown sugar
3 Tbl. Fruit preserves, any flavor
10 (10 “) Flour tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray
2 C. Cinnamon sugar


In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves.  Cover & chill in refrigerator at least 15 minutes.  Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray.  Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar,  then spray again with cooking spray.  Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.  Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
