Roll Ups
1 (1 lb.) loaf Sandwich bread
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Dried parsley
1
lb. Bacon, cut in half
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic
powder, and parsley. Cut the crusts off
of the bread slices; spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each bread
slice then cut each bread piece into three equal rectangles. Roll up each rectangle and wrap a slice of
bacon around each on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until the bacon is crisp, approximately 10 minutes.
