Salmon Ball

Salmon Ball
My brother Brad’s favorite! 



1 (12 oz.) can Red Salmon
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 tsp. Onion, grated
1 Tbl. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. Horseradish
1 + 1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Pecans, chopped

Mix all together.  Shape into a ball and chill.  Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite crackers - we love Ritz.   

Note:  I usually substitute pink salmon – red salmon is expensive.
